HBC is a team of consultants that specialises in resolving difficult and problematic issues connected with business management. We employ the prinicples of Lean Manufacturing combined with the latest measurement systems for operation and accounting management effectiveness in order to devise and deliver the products best suited to our clients’ individual needs. HBC’s work begins when the work of most other advisors ends. Our services are not restricted to merely preparing theoretical solutions and advice, and we actually stay on at our client’s company until we have got them up and firmly running.

HBC’s three pillar system:

• Idea – utilising solutions based on Lean Manufacturing and accounting management resulting from our many years of experience gained on projects undertaken in a variety of sectors.
• Implementation – effective and fuctional implementation of tailor-made solutions. We do not merely say what needs to be done, but actively participate in the introduction of those changes into our clients’ companies. During this period we in effect become a part of the company and workout and instigate the improvements jointly with it.
• Results – our aim is to achieve planned and measurable results for our clients. Our product is our clients’ results obtained through effective solutions and not reports and papers.

Our eight years of experience have allowed us to devise systems which produce maximum effect for our clients with full transparency of all our activities in-company.

Purpose of co-operation

The main purpose of co-operation is to increase the value of our clients companies by reducing costs and increasing the effectiveness of resource ustilisation. We become an integral part of the company for the full period of the project and during this time our activities focus directly on identifying the reasons for losses and inefficiency, and on preparation and introduction of new systems based on the principles of Lean Manufacturing.

As part of this we conduct a wide range of relevant training for our clients’ personnel within the framework of our own training programme, HBC Lean Academy – HowBeCompletely Lean, which has the express purpose of fully familiarising our client’s staff with the new operating methods and preparation of our solutions.
